- QSR lamps are guaranteed to test correctly at their stated watts, lumens, volts, and
amperes subject to tolerances prescribed by the United States Government Bureau of
Standards.
- Fluorescent tubes and incandescents lamps are voltage tested. The rated life of
fluorescent lamps, mercury vapor, sodium vapor, and metal halide lamps range from 36,000
to 60,000 hours. Incandescent lamp life ranges from 2,000 to 10,000 hours. Specific
ratings depend on the type and service for which that particular lamp was designed.
- QSR Industrial Supply Inc. guarantees to replace defective lamps which do not perform
for their design rated life provided the lamps were used under normal specified
conditions. Defective lamps may be returned to QSR only with written approval and only for
exchange.
- All incandescent lamps are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.
- All fluorescent, mercury vapor, self ballasted mercury vapor, high pressure sodium and
metal halide lamps are guaranteed for a period of 30 months.
